TECHNICAL
INFORMATION
All
of our Bouncies conform fully to EN1176 the latest UK agreed
specification for Bouncy Castles. Each bouncy comes complete
with:
* Initial Certificate of Test
* Certificates of compliance
* Material test certificates
* Operations Manual
* Safety labelling
MATERIALS
All
seams are double stitched using 1000 Denier Nylon 66 bonded
thread and all play surface seams are covered with a protective
reinforcing strip.
The
fabric is woven from nylon 66 and coated both sides with
Fire Retardant pvc in our in-house laminating
facility to ensure the highest possible quality and
monitoring.
An
additional removable cover is also provided for all play
surface to provide a safer play surface that can be easily
cleaned and will
prolong the life of the Bouncy.
WARRANTY
All
our Bouncies are guaranteed against manufacturing
defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase*
and we will carry out the first Annual inspection FREE of
charge.
